This blog exists to document the heinous conspiracy to destroy Texas economically - by agencies of our own government - by manipulation of the weather using HAARP, at the direction of Washington. They say Payback is Hell, well, Texas has been in "Hell" ever since the 2010 election when the Democrats took a beating. It looks like this won't end until 2012 when we un-elect the guy responsible.
