Winter.. or is it?

Is anyone watching the weather?  Since its winter, those days of 115 are a misty memory.. but the HAARP heat ray continues.  Texas is having an unseasonably warm winter.  Winter began with hope of cooler temperatures and rain, but now its becoming obvious that the targetting of Texas is continuing and will continue.  Rain dried up.. JANUARY temps in the 70s.  You do the math.
